I've seen several recipes that say "1 3-oz pkg cream cheese" and I too never have seen that in the store...strange. My favorite lunch while I was pregnant (I have major food issues when I'm pregnant) was grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread, yummy! Currently, my favorite lunch is brown rice with black beans, cheese, salsa, sour cream...etc. A little "spanish bowl." Super yummy!
