Week 28 Menu

Okay, I promise this is the last week where I’m not doing ANY planning! Thanks to all those who posted menus and recipes last week – so great! :) Can’t wait to see what you’re eating this week!

We are back from Cape Cod, but I still have 1 more week of fun…off to New Jersey to visit my family. Anyhow, I have some fun food reports to give to you from the trip…once my laptop is online I will post! Until then, I need you all to share your menus once again so there’s some inspiration here on the blog!

    -Beef & Broccoli on Brown Rice

    Tuesday:
    -Whole Wheat Pancakes
    -Fruit Salad

    Wednesday:
    -Turkey Bacon BLTs
    -Chili Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

    Thursday:
    -Twice “Baked” Potatoes
    -Fried Okra
    -Black Eyed Peas

    Thursday: BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, green salad

    Friday: Some kind of pasta salad & good bread

    Sunday: Grilled chicken kabobs with grilled veggies & rice

    -Barbequed chicken
    -Pasta Salad
    -Corn on the cob
    -Sante Fe cornbread (made with cheese, creamed corn and jalapeno peppers)

    Tonight:
    -Beef skewers in bourbon sauce
    -Twice-baked potatoes
    -Green beans with almonds

    Tuesday:
    -Thin crust pizza
    -Tossed salad
    -Homemade chocolate pudding

    Wednesday:
    -Book club at Indian restaurant (mmm…)

    Thursday:
    -Shrimp and pineapple stir fry
    -Brown rice

    Friday:
    -Eat out (don’t know where yet)

    Saturday:
    -BBQ with friends (I have to come up with a menu since we’re hosting)

    Sunday:
    -Penne with marinara
    -Tossed salad
    -Garlic bread

    Sunday: Spinach Penne Pasta with garlic olive oil, pine nuts, ricotta cheese with green salad
