Week 30 Menu

Already time to plan another menu? Time is flying by too fast…before I know it I’ll have another baby! Here goes…and please share your menus – remember, it doesn’t need to be fancy!

MONDAY:
- Chili
- Corn chips
- Salad

TUESDAY:
- Chicken Salad sandwiches
- Fresh fruit salad

WEDNESDAY:
- Leftovers

THURSDAY:
- Dinner with family in town

FRIDAY:
- Eat out?

SATURDAY:
- Hamburgers on the grill
- Stuff to go with it…maybe potato salad? fruit? we shall see…

SUNDAY:
- Pork chops
- Rice or potato
- Veggie

    MONDAY-Fettuccine Alfredo
    -Green beans/tomatoes in pesto
    TUESDAY-meet parents for dinner
    WEDNESDAY-Vegetarian Enchiladas
    -biscuits
    THURSDAY-meet friends for dinner
    FRIDAY-Buffalo Chicken bites
    -white bean dip w/celery and
    pita chips
    SATURDAY-Slow cooked pineapple
    chili
    SUNDAY-Tiny meatloaves
    -tossed salad

    Saturday:

    Hubby is out of town so, dinners are all super kid friendly…Or at least meals that I know my kids will eat:)

    Monday: Creamy Gnocci with fresh veggies

    Tuesday: French Country Chicken, harvest grains blend (TJ’s), veggies.

    Wednesday: Homemade Mac n’ Cheese and veggies

    Thursday: Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple on a stick with sticky rice and dipping veggies

    Friday: Pizza night!

    Saturday: leftovers

    Sunday: Ben’s return from Quebec super scrumptious and easy dinner! Not sure what yet?

    Tuesday- tacos, homemade garden salsa, guacamole & chips

    Wednesday- BLTs, corn on the cob, fruit

    Thursday- grilled salmon, brown rice & grilled zuchini

    Friday: Leftovers

    Saturday: Fondue Party! Cheese, Marinara & chocolate fondue with assorted “dippers”

    Sunday: (4 year old’s b-day dinner)
    Homemade pizza, sliced veggies & fruit, and ice cream cake

    I was out of state for a family funeral Sunday & Monday, and wasn’t feeling well today so this week isn’t going to bring much from the kitchen.

    Wednesday:
    -BLTs
    -Black Eye Pea Salad

    Thursday:
    -Penne with Ricotta & Peas

    Friday:
    -Probably eat out

    Saturday:
    -Pancakes for breakfast, eat out for dinner
