Hubby is out of town so, dinners are all super kid friendly…Or at least meals that I know my kids will eat:)
Monday: Creamy Gnocci with fresh veggies
Tuesday: French Country Chicken, harvest grains blend (TJ’s), veggies.
Wednesday: Homemade Mac n’ Cheese and veggies
Thursday: Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple on a stick with sticky rice and dipping veggies
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: Ben’s return from Quebec super scrumptious and easy dinner! Not sure what yet?

Monday- chicken kabobs, lemon rice, roasted summer squash
Tuesday- tacos, homemade garden salsa, guacamole & chips
Wednesday- BLTs, corn on the cob, fruit
Thursday- grilled salmon, brown rice & grilled zuchini

Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff over potatoes, garlic green beans
Wednesday: Tortellini soup made w/ white beans, sausage with homemade rolls and fruit
Thursday: (7-year-old boy’s b-day dinner) Grilled burgers, chips, fruit salad, chocolate cake
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Fondue Party! Cheese, Marinara & chocolate fondue with assorted “dippers”
Sunday: (4 year old’s b-day dinner)
Homemade pizza, sliced veggies & fruit, and ice cream cake

I was out of state for a family funeral Sunday & Monday, and wasn’t feeling well today so this week isn’t going to bring much from the kitchen.

-Penne with Ricotta & Peas

-Probably eat out
Saturday:
-Pancakes for breakfast, eat out for dinner
