Hope you are really enjoying Europe, I love to travel there. :-)<br/><br/>Monday:<br/>Fettucine with vodka sauce (I add in a couple cloves of minced garlic, a can of diced tomatoes and fresh basil, yum!)<br/><br/>Tuesday:<br/>Taco night<br/><br/>Wednesday:<br/>Grilled chicken breasts over big salad!<br/><br/>Thursday:<br/>grilled cheeses & soup<br/><br/>Friday:<br/>Takeout from the local Thai place<br/><br/>Saturday:<br/>Going to the NJ shore ... getting a lobster from a great outdoor fish market! Okay, it’s already Wednesday but I did plan somewhat of a menu this week so I’ll go back to what I did to make it feel like I accomplished something! Hope you are really enjoying Europe, I love to travel there. :-)

Monday:

Tuesday:
Taco night

Wednesday:
Grilled chicken breasts over big salad!

Takeout from the local Thai place

Going to the NJ shore … getting a lobster from a great outdoor fish market!
