I am so not into the boxed stuff. But my children have somehow developed a taste for it. We recently got the giant package of Annie's from Costco. (I have plans for it to last a year!) :) Here's how to make it right: steam and puree carrots. Add said puree to mac and cheese. It makes it sweeter and adds nutrients. I totally agree!
