I have never heard of this. Thanks for the new idea! I will have to go find some to try with my non-veggie loving (including myself) family.

My old roommate spent a summer in Japan and we had these for a while after that. My husband (who doesn't eat "veggies") is in Japan right now. Hopefully he comes home with a taste for these since it has been toooooo long since I had them myself. I will put in on my healthy snack foods list. Thanks!

Sam's also has containers of them that I can take to work for lunch or a snack. Just pop them in the microwave.

I have had these but I didn't realize they were soy beans I just thought they were some kind of green bean but different. I will have to add these to my Costco list too. I just need to find them.

I introduced these to the kid's as their 'new' food for the day, and after the first few pods, they were a hit! They LOVE them.

It's so true. You can't eat just one. I need to start buying big bags at Costco because we eat so much edamame at our house.

We fell in love with these after finding them in McDonald's Asian salad (which has sadly been discontinued), and my girls love them as well! We haven't bought any in a while, but I'm glad for the reminder!
