I don’t know what I’m having all week, but I do know I’ll be having leftovers from THIS delicious meal: http://www.theblahblahblahger.com/2009/02/kitchen-confidential-tenderloin-with.html!
Things are a little crazy here this week, so I don’t have a menu … but I am curious what mac and cheese recipe you ended up using.
I made this one last week by request for my husband’s birthday. It’s the recipe from the world-famous Beecher’s cheese shop in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. For me, it ties with the NYTimes version. Really, really delish!
