This morning I threw some pancakes together. After breakfast Nate said, “Wow, those were perfectly fluffy pancakes!” I couldn’t believe he said that because it was the first time I had ever used Bisquick instead of making them from scratch. So much for homemade! Just kidding, I’ll make my pancakes again…however, Nate’s comment did give me something to think about. Hmmmm…

Speaking of pancakes, I’ll have a great pumpkin pancake recipe for you later this week. And a giveaway!

I don’t know…I came down with the stomach flu yesterday. I hope it is just a one day thing because I actually have a lot of kitchen work to do and a turkey thawing in the fridge for my Craftzine.com Thanksgiving post. This is the worst timing!
I’m doing a whole week of quick and easy dinners. Yay!

Pretty much easy week of repeats. I have a lot of the items already. I made EASY banana bread this past week. Then made more yesterday. It was VERY good! Plan to do a full blog on the recipe this week. Took photos. LOL

Tuesday – chicken pot pie (in freezer, just have to make crust), green salad
