Monday: Fettuccine with spicy sausage, yellow peppers and marinara with ciabatta bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Tuesday: Salsa soup (like tortilla soup, but a simpler version using salsa), guacamole and chips
Wednesday: Pizza (we eat this once a week, normally on Thursdays, the night I work, only that's Thanksgiving this week)
Thursday: Thanksgiving feast (mainly prepared by my husband, brother-in-law, and father-in-law)
Friday: Mongolian BBQ - or eating out somewhere else.
Saturday: Pizza for all (no, 2 times in one week is not too much!)
Sunday: No plan

Mmmm, Indian food! We love the exotic flavors, and started cooking a lot of our own Indian dishes at home. We adapted a green fish curry by substituting tofu for the fish. The green fish curry was good, but somehow it just tastes sooo much better with tofu. I still have yet to make Sag Pannier at home - I need to find the cheese or stop being a baby and just venture out and be versatile.

Since our menu's are always retrospective, here's what last week looked like:
Sunday: Lemony shrimp pasta
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Country pork ribs
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken tacos
Friday: Homemade pizza and buffalo wings
Saturday: Spaghetti & meatballs
Sunday: Boxed Mac&Cheese (I felt like dirt last night, and hubby's rewiring the entire house)

Can't wait to hear about your Indian food adventure ... I am a big fan of eating it but never tried cooking it!

Monday-leftover tilapia from yesterday, basmati rice & steamed spinach
Tuesday-stuffed shells w/sauce, salad
Wednesday-spaghetti & meatballs (upon request from my daugher Grace - it's very anti-Turkey so good choice)
Thursday- THANKSGIVING - going to Kevin's aunt's house, we bring home made applesauce which is my 'thing'
Friday-Meatball sandwiches
Saturday-baked chicken, mashed potatoes, corn or green beans (my mini-version of thanksgiving)
Sunday - I leave again for a business trip so 'leftovers' will be on the list!
