yes, they are definitely larger…flatter, but for sure wider than a regular chip. I need to go buy some more, it’s been a while since I”Ve had them and they are SO GOOD!

My favorite chocolates are from Guittard, too. I even love them more than Scharffen Berger chocolates. So, I’m very excited about these disks! I’ve yet to see them in the stores I frequent, but I’m going to start looking for them. Thanks for posting this.

I love Guittard chocolate too! My fav. Have you tried Scharffen Berger? They have a small factory (And give tours, yum!) in Oakland or Berkeley.

I absolutely ADORE Valrhona chocolate. I have actually visited it in France and wanted to buy the entire store, mais helas, no such luck. Each year I buy a bunch of Valrhona online for Christmas. Lucky me!!

I love that the bag describes them as “meltier.” I didn’t know meltier was a word, but now I’m definitely going to start using it.
