Didn’t those marshmallows in yesterday’s hot chocolate look really yummmmmmy? Well, they ARE. And if you want them, be sure to read my post on Make & Takes today!

looks yummy – want to try this – but could you please tell me how much 3 packages gelatine weighs?
hardly anything! it comes in tiny little envelopes…usually the gelatin comes in a box with four packets of gelatin…and the box is smaller than a jello box. it’s basically unflavored jello.
I am so trying this!!
We followed a very similar recipe from Taste of Home and they are awesome! We didn’t dust them until after they had been in the pan for 6 – 7 hours, then we cut them, and decorated them with sprinkles, colored sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon sugar, and powdered sugar. They are yummy and have been a HUGE hit as gifts! One of the church secretaries told me that she had dibs on the last one!
I’ve been making homemade Organic marshmallows for weeks now- I can relate to your post about the vanilla chocolate problem . . . and this fun one on marshmallows as well. Your blog is darling, I’ve been meaning to stop by for some time- glad I did!
tracie – what fun ideas! I will have to try some of them out next time we make these.
and thanks for your nice words, cristie!

I’ve been looking for a Marshmallow recipe to go along with homemade cocoa. This is perfect!
We make homemade marshmallows at least once a month, they are so good! A relative got me a gourmet marshmallow recipe book for Christmas, really looking forward to trying some of the recipes in it.
