I finally organized the Recipes pages!!! {cheers erupt from the masses} It was quite a jumbly mess, kind of like my real recipe box (see below)…but after some hard work, the online version is finally more navigable. I still have recipes to add, and I have even grander recipe visions to implement this year…but until then, at least you can find recipes much more easily.

Okay…so I’m, at 49, new to this meal planning and cooking thing. Some stipulations, my husband is low/no carbs and he is attending a class two nights a week, so he does leftovers and I go back to my single ways and eat Cheerios.
Sunday–chicken salad
Monday–Parmesan chicken and mixed veggies
Wednesday–Buffalo turkey burgers with ranch dressing and no buns, tossed salad
Friday–steak and rice with veggies (I give blood on Sunday, and I need some iron!)
I have a food ideas folder with stuff I cook and stuff I might cook and stuff I’d like to cook but never will due to too many ingidients or time or… Everynow and then I clean it up.
