Hello! I am new to the site.
I don’t usually identify particular meals for particular days, I just plan for 3-4 meals a week, and the other nights are for leftovers and a date night.
Here is this week:
Mushroom and Leek Soup with Parsley Dumplings(http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Mushroom-and-Leek-Soup-with-Parsley-Dumplings-357310)
Super Bean Burritos
(http://mykitchencafe.blogspot.com/2010/01/super-bean-burritos.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+MyKitchenCafe+%28My+Kitchen+Cafe%29)
Black Bean Wraps
(http://insideourkitchen.blogspot.com/2010/01/black-bean-wraps.html)
Red Lentil and Carrot Soup
(http://foodandspice.blogspot.com/2007/09/red-lentil-and-carrot-soup.html)
I am trying to squeeze in as many new soups as possible before the weather warms!
Oh, and I also plan to try this: http://www.ourbestbites.com/2010/01/one-ingredient-ice-cream.html

Happy birthday, Jane’s blog! So glad we met! You are an amazing addition in my life, even though I’ve yet to start actually cooking. A girl can have a great time drooling over others’ food and menu ideas though, right?
So, you don’t really want to know my menu for this week, although it will include some tasty vittles from the Opryland Hotel as I attend Blissdom and most likely some cheese, but who can go a whole week without cheese. Other than that, I’m HORRIBLE!!!! I think I’ve forgotten how to cook.
Inspire me, Jane. Or, come cook for me. I would seriously love that
. I’ll even watch your two amazingly cute kiddos! LOL!
