Right now I am driving a van for a running relay from Napa to Santa Cruz. I’m too wimpy to actually run a relay myself (see my empty sneakers? They’ll stay empty all weekend!), but I don’t want to be left out of the fun, so I’m a driver for Eat.Blog.Run. Getting ready for the race has been grueling, I tell ya. Read about my strict training regimen here.

Just because I’m off galavanting down the California coast doesn’t mean you get off the hook for menus! And can I say, when I called you slackers last week you stepped up! We totally got more menus. I loved it! Perhaps I need to employ the tough love approach more often.
MONDAY:
- Bertucci’s Tortellini (didn’t get to it last week!)
TUESDAY:
- Baked French Toast
WEDNESDAY:
- Pizza – eating out, because we have soccer that night AND I’ll be packing for a big road trip the next day
THURSDAY:
- Driving to Utah for my little sister’s college graduation – Go Annie!
FRIDAY:
- With family…I don’t even know which family we’ll be with that day, I certainly can’t plan the meal!
SATURDAY:
- Graduation Day! I think we’ll probably eat out!
SUNDAY:
- Happy Mother’s Day! Again, with family…no idea!
Okay, this week I appeal to you to share your menus on the basis that you need to inspire one another with ideas since I’m not cooking much at all. Have a wonderful week!!

My husband and I just moved from Logan to Texas, now that Logan is sooo pretty. Have fun! Stop by Bluebird Candy (not the Bluebird Cafe candy – Bluebird Candy is further south).
