Don’t these lollypops make you happy? They were decoration (and tasty treat!) at the food workshop I was a part of at Evo ’10. People snagged all of the lollypops except the orange and turquoise ones. I thought that was kind of funny. I think there were 10 of that color left at the end of the afternoon. What does that say about human behavior? Probably nothing, actually.

The food workshop was at the Alpine House, a beautiful restaurant at The Canyons resort where the conference was held. The food session was amazing and I am so grateful I got to be a part of it. I will write more about my experience tomorrow or Tuesday.
Menu time!
MONDAY:
- Perhaps someone in Utah will feed us. Hint hint. Or I’ll hit one of the 8 kabillion delicious burger joints in town.
TUESDAY:
- Driving home. Hello disgusting road food. Perhaps I’ll actually get some sandwiches packed before we go.
WEDNESDAY:
- First day back, so it’s spaghetti night for sure!
THURSDAY:
- Pasta with Arugula and White Beans
FRIDAY:
- Tortilla Soup (um, if you haven’t tried this recipe yet, you are missing out. just sayin’.)
SATURDAY:
- Eat out
SUNDAY:
- Happy 4th of July! We’ll do cookout food for sure! Including potato salad…I’m really feeling like some potato salad.
Please share your menus for the week – as always, I can’t wait to see them! Have a great week!

Jane, thanks so much for a great talk at Evo Conference – it was wonderful to hear your thoughts on foodblogging and even better to discover your blog. I’m overrun with arugula this summer from our CSA farm, so I’ll be making the pasta with arugula and white beans tomorrow night. Thanks for the idea!
