I was looking for menu ideas for my every two week shipping trip just to break up the monotony of my usual dinners… and voila, “this week for dinner” popped up… I cook dinner every night, except sunday, for soldiers I usually sit down and ask them what they want, but sometimes I throw other things in to mix it up.
