Week 357 Menu

Hello from Disneyland! We are so excited for the next two days – it’s going to be a blast! We are currently taking bets on whether the holiday fireworks music show will make me cry.

No picture today because, well, I’m at Disneyland!

SUNDAY:
– Hopefully we’ll still have leftovers…if not, breakfast for dinner!

    Mon: Chicken fajitas, black beans
    Tue: Asian noodle bowl
    Wed: Shrimp Caesar salad
    Thu: Thanksgiving Feast. It’s a joint effort between my mom, sister, brother, and I. I’m making Veggie & olive dip platter, glazed carrots, modern green bean casserole, sweet potato souffle, huge loaf of braided bread, and a pineapple chutney.
    Fri: Out
    Sat: Spaghetti, salad

    Tuesday – Pork chops, brown rice
    Wednesday – Salmon, baked French fries
    Thursday – Happy Thanksgiving. going to my sisters

    Saturday – Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, corn

    Sun- chimichanga, black bean burritos and quesadillas

    Mon- White Beans and rice, cornbread and cookies.

    Tues- Spaghetti and meatball with red gravy. “The bread” PW

    Wed- Stromboli and salad

    Thur- Chinese take out food

    Fri- Gumbo and rice with french bread

    Sat- Brined chicken, mirliton dressing, green beans and corn pudding

    Sun- Smoked pork butt and all the bbq fixins

    Tue: Salad with goat’s cheese toasts
    Wed: Veggie stir fry with meatballs and rice
    Thur: Baked potatoes with chilli, broccoli
    Fri: Breakfast for dinner
    Sat: Sausage and lentil stew, cauliflower and garlic bread
    Sun: Dinner at mum’s, I’m taking almond butter cake for dessert.

    We had Thanksgiving last month up here in Canada. Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends! Hope you had an awesome time at Disneyland, Jane!

    Monday: Turkey Bulgogi over rice & roasted broccoli
    Tuesday: Greek chicken burgers with feta cheese & yam fries
    Wednesday: leftovers
    Thursday: Veggie Spaghetti
    Friday: Crockpot Thai Peanut Pork with noodles & red peppers
    Saturday: out
    Sunday: Breakfast for dinner of some kind

    Have fun at Disneyland! We take our kids to Disneyland every year the week after Thanksgiving – even now that they are teenagers, we still love it! Here’s our menu for the week:

    Mon – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn
    Tues – Apple Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin, Crispy Norwegian potatoes, peas
    Wed – Grilled Cheese sandwiches & Tomato Soup
    Thurs – THANKSGIVING DINNER
    Fri – Leftovers
    Sat – Hopefully still leftovers!
    Sun – Grilled Steak, Mashed potatoes, green beans, Green salad
