Happy Sunday! Let’s get right to the menu, shall we? I’ve got a very busy week this week (two birthdays, tons of work and Christmas prep!) but my goal is to make it fun!

    Tuesday: Pumpkin muffins
    Wednesday: Meatballs and garlic greens/rice
    Thursday: Homemade calzones
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

  3. We’re eating out a lot lately with it being the holiday season. But we do have a couple nights at home this week and time for some quick dinners…

    Saturday: Porchetta and Apple and Celery Root Salad
    Sunday: Left Overs

    Tues: Slow cooker chicken enchilada soup
    Weds: Thai chicken lettuce wraps
    Thurs: Slow cooker French dip sandwiches, salad, chips

    Monday: Rigatoni with Sausage and Kale, Salad with Homemade Maple-Balsamic Dressing
    Tuesday: Chicken Fingers with Curried Ketchup, Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli
    Wednesday:Pulled Chicken Sandwiches, Coleslaw
    Thursday: Left-overs
    Friday: Breakfast for Dinner – TBD
    Saturday: Homemade Veggie Pizza

  7. Happy birthday to Anna!

    The kids had Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes with Fruit, and after they went to bed, my husband and I had salami and cheese with italian bread and a balsamic dipping sauce.

    Wednesday: Pork Schnitzel and Egg Noodles
    Thursday: Pasta with Lentil Sauce and salad
    Friday: Garden Tilapia Burgers and French Fries
    Saturday: Veggie Lasagna and salad
    Sunday: Lemon-Baked Tilapia and Carrot French Fries

    Mon: Cauliflower mac and cheese, salad
    Tue: Baked potatoes, turkey chilli and broccoli
    Wed: Chorizo and spinach paella
    Thur: Fajitas, salad
    Fri: Sausages, potato wedges and baked beans
    Sat: Out at a friend’s pudding party, taking chocolate orange cheesecake
    Sun: Lunch out with family, salad or toast for dinner
