Week 430 Menu

Hey everybody. I don’t have much to say today except here’s my weekly menu! 😉 Oh, and miracle of miracles I followed last week’s menu to a T.

– Eat out night

SATURDAY:
– Homemade hamburgers
– Chips and salad

SUNDAY:
– Bertucci’s Tortellini
– Veggie and bread

    Granola of the week: Cranberry orange granola

    Hi…Here is my GF menu for the week
    Sun – Pizza Nachos (BFs bday request dinner)
    Mon – Mushroom Swiss Burgers w veggies
    Tue – Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
    Wed – Pizza
    Thu – Black Bean Quinoa Burgers w steamed veggies
    Fri – Steak and Sweet Pots
    Sat – Pasta w Chicken Sausage
    We have a marathon relay race on sunday so are carbing it up a bit before. We are only running 7 and 6 miles a piece so its not to far but a few extra carbs should help 🙂

    Sunday – Chinese take out at my daughter’s house – as we enter week 5 of kitchen remodel!
    Monday – pot roast at my daughter’s (getting tired of no sink!)
    Tuesday – lots of meetings – husband and son getting hoagies –
    Wednesday – Chicken on the grill at my daughter’s
    Thursday – possibly will have running water?! Counter top getting installed – playing it by ear
    Friday – out
    Saturday – it all depends on kitchen status

  14. Sunday-the kids had tacos and beans, and my husband and I had an at-home date night. We got some fresh italian bread from the italian deli, truffle salami from Meatmen (at the farmer’s market), and grass fed garlic jack cheese (also from the farmer’s market.) I served it with dried cherries and fresh apricot preserves. Sounds weird, but totally works.

    Monday-Slow Cooker Greek Chicken…make your own gyros. Served with pita, tzatziki, hummus, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and feta. With Potato Wedges.

    Tuesday-Leftover Taco meat and beans.

    Wednesday-Breakfast Burritos, Fruit

    Thursday and Friday-Minestrone Soup (just got our first batch of zucchini from the garden!)

    Saturday-my cousin’s wedding! Grub at the reception.

    Thursday – Daughter #2 Birthday, so looking like Olive Garden

    Saturday – Wedding (with 2 flower girls and a ring bearer that will probably make Grandma cry, happy tears of course)
