It is exciting to start summer break. It is so nice to see how much they like their teachers when they don’t want the school year to end. Our school ended a week ago Friday so we are already in lazy mode! In fact we are heading to the beach one week from today! (so will not be doing a menu next week) Hoping for Sun on the beach for a week since here it will only give us a day or 2 of sun at a time. Grrrr

Sunday – Salmon patties, sweet potatoes, green beans w/mushrooms
Monday – Grilled cheese sandwiches, Spinach orzo soup
Tuesday – Ham slice, mac & cheese, applesauce

  9. The end of this week holds a camping trip for the kids and I, hence the break in meal plans. The second list for lunches and suppers are what my husband will probably eat. Since he works during the day, he won’t have time to make meals all the way from scratch, so these are some I can make ahead for him, or that he can do quickly.

    2.Minute Steaks, fried potatoes, peas
    3.Pizza
    4.Meatball Curry, rice, vegetables

The following are the remaining meals for my husband to eat while the kids and I are gone.

    Supper:

4.Lemon Chicken with angle hair pasta

I will be honest in saying that I am not sure what my husband will eat for supper the remainder of the week. Here is what I am guessing that he will make, as he has several things happening in the evenings.
    1.Eat out
    2.Salami sandwich
