Today’s podcast interview is with Chef Justine Kelly, head chef for Sun Basket and former chef de cuisine for The Slanted Door in San Francisco. I have to admit, I was nervous about interviewing Justine. She is a very successful chef, so, you know, it felt a little intimidating. And then I got on Skype with Justine and instantly felt at ease. She is wonderful and we had a great time recording her interview…and chatting a bunch before and after the tape was rolling. I hope you’ll enjoy Justine’s interview as much as I did…I’m sure you will!
