Happy Sunday, everyone! Believe it or not the girls and I just got back from yet another camping trip, this time up to the San Gorgonio mountains. It was awesome. We just got home and now it’s back to being connected and real life. 😉

– Eat out night

Grilled Salmon Tacos

  5. Sunday-we had a belated Father’s Day late lunch with my father in law, so no one was too hungry for dinner. Everyone just snacked.

    Monday-Beef Crunchy Tacos with all the fixins and Slow Cooker Black Beans.

    Tuesday-something else with the beef and beans. Thinking either enchiladas or nachos.

    Wednesday-Veggie Beef Stew with Bread

    Thursday-Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry, Noodles

    Friday-leftovers

    Saturday-out to eat

    Friday: Pizza on “moving day” (I’m moving into Philly for the month of July while I’m performing more frequently)
