Confession: The last 2 weeks have been a bear and I’ve hardly cooked at all, despite my weekly menu planning. This week I’m hoping we can get back on track…wish me luck!

MONDAY:
– Carnitas Tacos

TUESDAY:
– Naan Pizzas

WEDNESDAY:
– Rachel Sandwiches

THURSDAY:
– Leftovers

FRIDAY:
– BBQ Grill Night (chicken, hot dogs, etc)

SATURDAY:
– Take out night

SUNDAY:
Bistro Chicken
– Mashed potatoes and salad

    We buy Alaskan fish from a local club that delivers 2 X a year and the Autumn delivery is on Wednesday this week. Yay! I can’t wait!

    Sun: Pumpkin pancakes and scrambled eggs
    Mon: Chicken pot pie
    Tue: Leftovers
    Wed: Tomato soup and salad
    Thu: Pacific Cod, sweet potatoes, green beans
    Fri: Grilled salmon, corn, salad
    Sat: Out for dinner and a movie

    Monday-spaghetti with a mushroom garlic Parmesan sauce, broccoli, French bread

    Tuesday-roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots

    Wednesday-chicken enchilada casserole, chips, salsa

    Thursday-leftovers

    Friday-pizza

    Saturday-eating out

    Monday: Cheese Pizza and Fruit
    Tuesday: Feta, Corn and Tomato Pasta with Italian Sausage
    Wednesday: Chicken and Rice and Corn
    Thursday: Bacon and Tomato Pasta
    Friday: Cheeseburgers
    Saturday: Ground Beef Burritos and Fresh Salsa
    Sunday: Chorizo and Manchego Pasta and Salad
