SATURDAY:
– Eat out night

SUNDAY:
– Breakfast for Dinner: Roasted Vegetable Egg Scrambles and Smoothies

    Monday: Chicken carnitas in lettuce cups
    Tuesday: Homemad bagel dogs
    Wednesday: Nachos with leftover carnitas
    Thursday: Leftovers
    Friday: Blue Apron
    Saturday: Out.

    Monday- salmon, asparagus, rice and salad
    Tuesday-mini pepper nachos
    Wednesday-cauliflower mushroom crumble and salad
    Thursday- raviolis with my grandson!
    Friday- out
    Saturday- out for brother’s birthday

      Nancy, is the cauliflower crumble recipe from the “Step in Thyme” blog? It’s sooooo good! I’ll have to put it on my menu for next week now! 😉

    Sun – Sloppy Joes, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad

    We had a fiesta at our house back in January. Someone brought a 32 ounce bag (!) of shredded cheddar that we just opened last week. It’s going bad in a few weeks, so we have a lot of cheesy meals on our menu!

    Saturday – Family party — tons of yummy food! I made a bean, salsa, and cheese dip.
    Sunday – Leftover meatballs from family party = spaghetti and meatballs for dinner
    Monday — Cheesy chicken, bacon and tator tot Crockpot bake — not at all healthy, but one of my husband’s favs (http://www.food.com/recipe/cheesy-chicken-bacon-tater-tot-crock-pot-bake-403520)
    Tuesday – Dinner out with a friend (Adobe Cafe in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philly — noticed some ladies are from PA!)
    Wednesday – Ham and cheese bowties
    Thursday – Bean and cheese burritos
    Friday – Leftovers
