    Week 529 Weekly Menu

    Happy Monday! I’ve been sick with an awesome cold the last 5 days. I’m finally feeling somewhat normal again, which means time to plan this week’s menu! The kids were so cute the other night, stepping in to help make dinner on a night when I was stuck in bed. All of that time spent cooking with my kids is paying off!

    Green Noodles (again! the kids love it and requested it for our St. Patrick’s Day green meal!)

    – Eat out night

    Cilantro Sour Cream Enchiladas (vegetarian version)

    Happy Monday! Just sitting down now to get my menu down on paper. You know, I am really happy that (so far) I’m sticking with my 2017 resolution of cooking dinner more often…it’s awesome for so many reasons. HOWEVER…I have to come up with a whole new menu each week. There is definitely more thinking involved and I’m not sure I approve. 😉
