Hello! I seriously can’t believe it’s time to plan another menu. This summer is going by too quickly!

Chicken Tortilla Soup

Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe (thanks for the link, Bonnie!)
– Sauteed summer vegetable medley

Chicken Caesar Wraps with fresh fruit

– Leftovers

– Cheeseburgers on the grill
– Watermelon and a side salad

– Take out night
– Cate is going to the Sara Bareilles concert with me, her first concert!

– Waffles
– Fresh fruit

  1. Monday: Lasagna and Garlic Bread and Broccoli
    Tuesday: Beef Pasties and Green Beans
    Wednesday: Fried Avocado Tacos and Fresh Veggies
    Thursday: Cashew Chicken and Peas
    Friday: Breakfast for Dinner–Cinnamon Waffles and Eggs and Fresh Fruit
    Saturday: Out To Eat
    Sunday: Quesadillas and Cowboy Caviar Couscous

    make ahead sloppy joes, mac & cheese, lima beans
    hot dogs, baked beans, harvard beets
    meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggie
    Southwest chicken salad, deviled eggs
    oven tacos, veggie or salad
    SOS, Italian tomatoes (carryover from last week)

    Steak with stroganoff sauce, veggie loaded salad, grilled stuffed portobellos, lemony grilled zucchini or asparagus, corn on the cob, fruit salad

    lemony tortellini salad, cherry caflouti

    creamy zucchini rigatoni with spinach (add chicken), broccoli salad

    pasta, sauce, and meatballs, bruschetta or garlic bread, salad

    eat out

    ravioli bake, salad, leftover sides/veggies

  4. You simply cannot go wrong with pasta, butter and cheese! Enjoy, enjoy!! And, I had already planned to use one of your recipes this week (caesar wraps)! Steal with pride! 🙂

    Monday: Meatballs and marinara
    Tuesday: Sushi burritos
    Wednesday: Chicken and rice casserole
    Thursday: Chicken casear wraps
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

    Sunday – Baked hake, jasmine rice, broccoli
    Monday – Kielbasa, garlic noodles, applesauce
    Tuesday – Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread
    Wednesday – Beef tips and mushrooms over noodles
    Thursday – Pizza, salad
    Friday – Hot turkey sausage sandwiches on toasted buns, mac and cheese
    Saturday – High school band sub, potato soup(been craving the soup?!?)

    Wed-Fri: Business Travel

    Mon: steak tips, caprese salad, green beans
    Tues: chef salad
    Wed: turkey sliders, grilled asparagus, salad
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: white pizza with sliced tomato and fresh herbs

    Hi Jane, I made your two-ingredient salsa at the weekend for a BBQ and it was a real hit! I made double and have maybe half a cup leftover which I hid in the fridge for later.

    Mon: Pan-fried gnocchi with sausage, basil and leftover salsa, salad
    Tue: Dinner out
    Wed: Salad with goat’s cheese toasts
    Thur: Husband’s cooking so it’ll be a surprise for me.
    Fri: Chicken and summer veg curry, rice
    Sat: Pasta with zucchini carbonara, green salad.
    Sun: Dinner at mum’s, taking cherry and almond bread and butter pudding

    Sun – Lamb kofte w/pita and Greek salad
    Mon – Quinoa-black bean shrimp bowls
    Tue – Grilled chicken thighs, peppers & onions, polenta triangles
    Wed – Soup & sandwich
    Thu – Leftovers
    Fri – Pizza/takeout
    Sat – Buffalo chicken salad

    Sunday – The end of company and vacation – ordering pizza!
    Monday – Beef stir fry with rice (leftovers from Saturday )
    Tuesday – my birthday but too much to do today so birthday postponed until Saturday – I think my husband s picking up hoagies
    Wednesday – Salmon on the grill with corn and salad
    Thursday – hamburgers on the grill
    Friday – out
    Saturday – birthday dinner! out!

    So, i haven’t posted menu in a few weeks – so much has happened! 80th birthday party for mil, became a grandmother! (7 weeks early – all are well! Little one growing) huge shower/welcome party for new grandson!, family in for vacationing, next up a nephew’s wedding!

    Better late than never…Here’s what I did this week –

    Mon – Grilled Chicken, Black Beans & Corn, Fresh pineapple
    Tues – Crispy Chicken Salad w/Blue Cheese Dressing
    Wed – Pork Roast, Sweet potatoes, Green beans
    Thurs – Chili & Cornbread (I know it’s summer, but I needed a crockpot meal)
    Fri – Eat Out
    Sat – Cheesy Spanish Rice Skillet & Tortillas, Corn
    Sun – Spaghetti & Meatballs, garlic bread, salad
