I’m getting my menu together this week. Woohoo! Thanks to all of you who have diligently shared your menus that last two weeks when I was sorely lacking. 🙂

    Monday – salmon, rice and zucchini and salad
    Tuesday – leftovers
    Wednesday-chicken burrito bowls
    Thursday- shrimp and black bean salad
    Friday – out
    Saturday- grad party

    Sat — Burgers, sweet potato fries
    Sun — chicken lo mein
    Mon — meatball subs, salad
    Tues — Ravioli primavera
    Wed — pizza (one veggie, one pepperoni)
    Thurs– quiche Lorraine, salad
    Fri — loaded sheet pan nachos

  3. Sunday: Paella (ATK recipe)
    Monday: Breakfast for dinner – eggs to order, sausage, and avocado toast
    Tuesday: Bagel dogs
    Wednesday: Mushroom stroganoff
    Thursday: Leftovers
    Friday: Cumin-crusted chicken thighs with cauliflower “couscous” (ATK 30-minute supper)
    Saturday: Out.

    Mon: Baked chicken, green beans
    Tue: English muffin pizzas, salad
    Wed: Turkey cutlets, stuffing, carrots
    Thu: Shrimp Caesar salad
    Fri: Out
    Sat: Fish nuggets, peas

    Mon: steamed whole fish, winter melon stir fry
    Tues: short ribs, carrots

    Thurs: Paella potluck — making 2 types: chicken, salmon

    M: leftovers… cleaning out fridge before heading out of town for a few nights

    Tu: visiting in-laws in AZ…my Sicilian mom-in-law made a huge pot of marinara and meatballs so it’s spaghetti and salad for dinner tonight!

    W: crab boil with the in-laws

    Th: Back home… probably Costco frozen burritos and salad

    F: grilled BBQ chicken breast and veg kabobs

    Sa: friend’s baby shower… making caprese pasta salad and black-hearted corn salad

    Su: Foodie winery potluck event… making spicy smoked Gouda dip and bacon-wrapped dates
