Are you trying any gluten free recipes for Thanksgiving? Looking for dinner rolls or stuffing ones.

    • I am making my gravy roux using the Namaste 1-for-1 perfect flour blend. I am also making GF stuffing, but just using a GF bread that is good here locally. My friend did that last year for me and the stuffing was great! as for rolls…I’m just going to watch everyone else eat them and be a little sad bwahahahaha!

I spatchcocked my turkey! It came out quite lovely! Nice crunchy skin! Perfectly moist breast meat! I cut the breast meat off and sliced it! Only took 1 and 3/4 hours for a 20 lb. bird!
