If you haven’t tried this Spinach & Prosciutto Lasagna recipe yet, you should. It’s easy and every single member of my family literally gobbled it up. I used to cook a last-minute “lasagna” where you use frozen ravioli as the layers. It’s a GREAT idea, which is why I’m sharing it with you…but I do love this new recipe.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again…so glad I subscribed to Everyday Food!
I absolutely love Everyday Food magazine! Thanks for the great posts!
I LOVE THIS RECIPE, TOO! YUMMY. I’ve been craving it. Great picture!
We’ve made lasagna rolls with spinach adnd prosciuto that are also really good and simple.
I love Everyday food too! Just made the Parmesan-Carrot Risotto or dinner along with the baked chicken fingers! It was awesome!! Kids love the chicken fingers!!! And, I AM VERY JEALOUS of the weather you are having Jane!! We finally climbed into the 30’s yesterday..back into the teens today! Blahhhh!!!
It’s a good one. I made it when Everyday Food published it. Yes, definitely a family pleaser. Yum:)
Trying this one tonight and so excited!
I really just want to take that plate & pull it out of the computer, it looks like it will satisfy my craving of a good meal!
I’m glad people like the picture! I hate it when I have to photograph food at night in my terrible kitchen lighting…so I was thinking, should I even post this picture? glad I did – hope it tasted good, zana! 🙂
yum! i’ll have to try this! i’ve made spinach lasagna once but the recipe was a bust. hubby wouldn’t eat it. this looks fab!
