Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade

Summer in a glass!
Serves: 6-8
  • 1 cup rhubarb simple syrup
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½ pound strawberries, washed and hulled
  1. Place 1 cup of the water and the strawberries in a blender. Blend until pulverized. POW!
  2. Mix together the strawberry puree with all the other ingredients in a large pitcher.
  3. Serve with lots of ice!
