I just have one thing to share today and it is an extremely delicious thing. I created a summer fruit parfait recipe for Babble that uses a ricotta cream for the layers opposite the fruit. THIS CREAM. You seriously don’t need the fruit…just a spoon. And, next time, I’m going to layer it with raspberries and chocolate shavings.
