OK, I’m commenting because I want to win, but also because I want to share this recipe I made that was awesome. Slow cook on high for 4 hours: 4 chicken thies, 1/2 c. prepared salsa (I used mild fresh salsa, since I have a little one and didn’t want it too hot – to spice it up, add chili powder, chiles in adobo and/or hot salsa) salt & pepper to taste. When it’s done, shred it up and serve with tortillas, your favorite hot sauce, sour cream, guac, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, etc. Delicious and easy!

ProFlowers is the ONLY WAY TO SEND FLOWERS and edible gifts! After hassling with florist shops that either did not send the flowers I ordered OR used wilty carnations for all arrangements, ProFlowers is now the only way I will send birthday, Mother’s Day and other gifts to friends.
