I love rainy days, which means I love today. I think I’ll snuggle up with a blanket on the couch, grab a wanting-to-be-read magazine and eat frozen yogurt (yes, I’m obsessed with this stuff).

It’s days like these (rainy…Fridays!) where I treat myself to an extra 99 cent sugar coffee from the gas station down the road. Sounds funny, but it makes the day cozy special!

okay so this isn’t about the fro yo…it’s about the easy chicken recipe. I just printed it up tonite to make for dinner, and um…I think it should be called REALLY easy chicken apricot chicken. Cant’ wait to see how it turns out!
i’m still with you on the frozen yogurt obsession of late, jane. berries were on sale this week. i served it to friends tonight. they had to get the recipe…it’s spreading.
