Week 392 Menu

Happy Sunday!

caprese salad ingredients from @janemaynard

So, I had a dinner item on last week’s menu that ended up being a surprising hit with my girls – caprese salad. They loved it and ended up having it for lunch a few days, too! I think I’ll throw caprese paninis on the menu this week and see what they think!

After not having a plan last week, I took a quick check of the freezer and made one up for this week. Nothing fancy, like I said, most is from the freezer. With just a few weeks till school, I am hoping to use up what is here and then do some baking days once the kids start back. Though, I don’t want to be caught with NO food in the house. Not likely as we always have noodles somewhere. 🙂
