    Here’s mine:

    Sunday: meatloaf, sauteed beet greens and sweet potatoes

    Monday: bacon & swiss chard sausages and red cabbage & apple sauerkraut

    Tuesday: leftovers

    Wednesday: chicken fajitas

    Thursday: veggie omelets

    Friday: Hawaiian short ribs, hoisin broccoli and rice

    Saturday: crabcakes & swiss chard w/pine nuts and golden raisins

    Chicken taco soup (I know, two soups in one week but the kids wanted it this way)
    Beef tips in crockpot over noodles, veggies

    Fri: whole wheat spaghetti with homeade meat sauce, garlic bread, salad, and fruit
    Sat: take out

    Tuesday – Chili dogs, French fries, baked beans
    Wednesday – Meatball hoagies, macaroni salad

    Saturday – High school band sub, kluski noodle soup

    YAY! For Red Beans and Rice, says the mom from Southern Louisiana!

    Sun- Sunday Roast, rice and all the roasted veggies!

    Mon- Red Beans and Rice… a New Orleans staple! French bread and salad.

    Tues- Steak and Shrimp Taco Tuesday… all the fixings

    Wed- World Cuisine Wednesday…. Hreek Gyros and Cottage fries

    Thurs- Mustard glazed pork loin, taters, green beans and corn. Rolls

    Fri- Pizza Friday! Domino’s has gluten free! Yeah me!

    Sat- Grill is on! Half chickens and sausage, Rosemary/garlic potatoes, baked beans and…. dessert

    Sun- Leftovers and Fend for Yourself

    Monday – Pizza night
    Tuesday – Hot dogs on the grill, potato salad, fruit, chips
    Wednesday – Enchiladas
    Thursday – leftovers
    Friday – Spinach and mozz. ravioli
    Saturday – out

    Mon: Chicken shawarmas, corn and carrot salad with tahini dressing
    Tue: Corned beef, potato and tomato bake, broccoli
    Wed: Pasta with garlic, oil, chili and parsley, green salad
    Thur: Cauliflower cheese quiche, sautéed patty pans
    Fri: Going out to see one of my favourite stand up comedians, hopefully will have time to get hot dogs at the venue.
    Sat: Tex-mex meatloaf, tomato rice, spicy spinach, roasted fennel.
    Sun: Dinner at Mum’s, taking chocolate cherry cake for her birthday.

    Tuesday – Ham, Sauerkraut and Potato Bake
    Wednesday – Smothered Burritos
    Thursday – Kassler Pasta Bake
    Friday – Meatball Subs
    Saturday – Cheese and Appetizer style dinner
    Sunday – Mushroom and Cider Pork Stew with Mash

    Hi My GF menu for the week….a little odd since we are in philadelphia for a few days. Being GF i almost never eat out so in this situation i’m eating out daily for 4 days. Its nerve racking but fun also. i had the BEST burger ever on a GF roll yesterday. I’m seriously thinking of going back for a second 🙂 i main gain 10 lbs in 4 days here!
    Sun – Tues – Philadelpia
    Wed – Apple Brie Quesadillas
    Thur – OUT for dinner. Going to see Motown the Musical in Clevleand
    Fri – Burgers – which will not be nearly as good as the restaurant since i make them healthy 🙂
    Sat – ? no idea yet ! traveling totally throws me off

  13. Monday: Birthday Cake Batter Pancakes, Eggs, and Fresh Fruit
    Tuesday: Lamb Burgers with Arugula, Feta and Cucumber and Spicy Potatoes
    Wednesday: Mongolian Beef and Peas
    Thursday: Dry Fried Sichuan Beef and Green Beans
    Friday: General Tso’s Chicken and Broccoli
    Saturday: Out To Eat
    Sunday: Left Overs

    Mon – salmon w/roasted brussels sprouts, rice
    Tue – sweet & sour meatballs, rice, green beans
    Wed – rice bowls w/shrimp or fish

    Sat – leftovers or ???

    Marching Band and Color Guard season are in full swing for us. So we need quick, easy and filling for my teenagers. When they are home, anyway.

    Mon – Eat out (Restaurant fundraiser)
    Tues – Grilled Lemon Pork Chops, Roast Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Corn on the Cob, Salad
    Wed – Beef and Bean Soft Tacos with all of the fixings.
    Thurs – Spaghetti and Meatballs, Salad, Garlic Bread
    Fri – Rotisserie Chicken (Crockpot), Potatoes, Salad
    Sat – Eat out (All day field show competition)
    Sun – Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

  16. We had red beans and rice too for dinner tonight! With kielbasa though. What a small world. Sort of.
