Week 410 Weekly Menu

Hello, everyone! I hope you’ve had a fabulous week and are still swimming in leftovers! We still have some, but they aren’t going to last much longer so I suppose it’s time to get back to my weekly menu planning!

    Tuesday: Moroccan Style Tilapia with Mango and Cilantro
    Wednesday: Shrimp and Chorizo Quesadillas and Tropical Avocado Salad
    Thursday: Out to Eat
    Friday: Coriander and Orange Roast Chicken and Brown Sugar and Bacon Green Beans
    Saturday: Pulled Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Apples, Cherries and Almonds
    Sunday: Breakfast For Dinner–French Toast and Fresh Fruit

    We added a new pet to the family, a tortoise, so now he’s taken into consideration with the weekly menu, so he gets a good variety of fresh foods too. It’s only a 50 yr commitment… Ugh, how many more menus is that?!

    Monday — chicken Cesar salad
    Tuesday — beef stew in the crock
    Wed — pizza! (Spinach, pepperoni)
    Thurs — butternut squash & kale quesadilla, baked fries
    Fri — Eggs, sausage, English muffins, fresh fruit

    Monday. Cauliflower general tso with rice and egg rolls and broccoli
    Tuesday. Salmon, French fries, zucchini and salad
    Wednesday. Broccoli cheddar soup
    Thursday. Chicken with mushrooms, baked potato and salad
    Friday. Home made pizza
    Saturday. Out

    White bean and bacon soup, cheesy rolls (new recipe)
    Baked fried chicken, broccoli
    Crockpot pizza, green beans
    Baked Parmesan chicken with spaghetti noodles, lima beans
    Texas Hash, veggies (carryover from last week)

  6. We came back from Thanksgiving vacation in FL (hooray!). I sorely missed not having any leftovers. So we invited friends over to have an impromptu Thanksgiving. Now my fridge is full of leftovers! Bwahaha!

    Sunday: Thanksgiving dinner encore (roasted chicken, cranberry sauce, mashed potato/celery root, pumpkin pie)

    Monday: Indian butter chicken over rice

    Tuesday: Italian beef in slow cooker on homemade buns

    Wednesday: Individual pizzas and salads

    Thursday: Baked rice casserole with french onion beef

    Friday: Leftovers, then date night

    Saturday: Out

  7. We had three Thanksgivings, with the last one (today) being at my house… so we still have plenty of leftovers. And that’s the theme for this week’s menu… turkey!

    We went to be with my daughter in college who could not get off for Thanksgiving so we have no left overs!

    Fri – Chicken & Rice, Salad

    This week’s meal plan was made while waiting for car work to be finished, so it is based on what I know is in the pantry. I will have to do some shopping for milk, fruit and salad ingredients though.

    I’m looking forward to focusing on other parts of the house and not trying new meals this week.
