Happy New Year! We are home from the east coast and are gearing up for getting back into the groove of real life. Given that it’s January, I’m sure some of you are making new year’s resolutions! Which means it’s time for me to make my annual plug for meal planning! Whether you’ve never planned menus before or just want to be more consistent, meal planning is a great, actionable goal that is quite easy to implement, especially if you decided to post your menu here each week to stay accountable. See? It’s totally the best resolution around. 😉

Wow! So glad I found this blog! Great recipes and I agree, meal planning is great and should be a goal for everyone this year. This makes it easy during the week to know what is for dinner and also eliminates any uncertainty of what lunch will be too. Lunch can be a tempting meal because we often go out to lunch while at work. If you mea plan you can avoid the unwanted calories and save hundreds of dollars a month! Great advice, thank you!
as always, thank you for all the wonderful menus! reading them in detail now as I plan this week’s menu!
