Hello! So, last night we saw Kathy Griffin perform stand up and all I have to say is I laughed so hard that I was wheezing and needed an inhaler. I didn’t have one, but thankfully I didn’t die laughing. It was a close one! 😉

Kathy Griffin??!! You lucky duck. I love her. She has been our New Year date for 6 years! We took the kids sledding for the first time today. Holy cow! It was so much fun! My mom had the flu over Christmas so they couldn’t fly up for the holiday. They’re coming in next weekend instead. Hooray for 2nd Christmas!

I seem to be trying new recipes in groups, some weeks having the energy to do so and other weeks wanting the simplicity of meals I don’t have to think about so much to make. This week is one week I thought I would have the energy to try a few new ones. I’ll save more for next week. 🙂
