Sunday-the kids had tacos and beans, and my husband and I had an at-home date night. We got some fresh italian bread from the italian deli, truffle salami from Meatmen (at the farmer’s market), and grass fed garlic jack cheese (also from the farmer’s market.) I served it with dried cherries and fresh apricot preserves. Sounds weird, but totally works.
Monday-Slow Cooker Greek Chicken…make your own gyros. Served with pita, tzatziki, hummus, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and feta. With Potato Wedges.
Tuesday-Leftover Taco meat and beans.
