Week 444 Menu

Greetings from Cape Cod! My mother-in-law just finished planning our dinners for the week, so I’ll just share her plan!

– Christmas in July, complete with Yankee Gift Swap! (Roast chicken, stuffing, veggies – the works!)

Seafood Sam’s

– Date night – couples get to go out, grandparents/aunts/uncles watch the kids and make Mac ‘n’ Cheese

– Chicken on the grill, corn on the cob, grilled veggies

– Clear out the fridge

– On the road to New Hampshire

– No clue! 😉

As you can see, it’s vacation around here so I’m not much of a help with the meal planning. But I’m certain some of you have some great menus to share, so please do! Share your menus in the comments! Thank you!

    Yum…..I would like to be in Cape Cod on Monday evening for Christmas in July! Great idea!

    It will be really hot this week and i have a busy schedule, so I am keeping our menu quick and easy.

    Sun: Tilapia with ginger and scallions
    Mon: Naan pizza
    Tue: Lettuce wraps, chips
    Wed: Shrimp Caesar salad
    Thu: Tuna Burgers, fruit
    Fri: Grilled chicken, corn on the cob
    Sat: Fish & veggies

  2. Monday: Mexican Bean and Cheese Sandwiches with Fresh Salsa
    Tuesday: Twice Baked Brioche with Fresh Fruit and Bacon
    Wednesday: Lemony Hummus with Cucumber Sandwiches and Chips
    Thursday: Autumn Vegetable Soup with Green Lentils
    Friday: Chicken Marsala and Green Beans
    Saturday: Chicken Sandwich with Avocado and Jicama
    Sunday: Left Overs

  3. Enjoy Cow Hampshire. 🙂 I lived in Nashua for a couple years, and loved it there.

    Sunday: Paella (ATK recipe) with roasted green beans

    Monday: Pumpkin muffins and shaved brussels sprouts salad

    Tuesday: Sliders on pretzel buns

    Wednesday: Pizzas (pear & gorgonzola for adults & pepperoni for kids)

    Thursday: Pepe e cacio

    Friday: Leftovers

    Saturday: Out

  4. So ready for vacation! Weekends are just too short!

    cilantro lime shrimp with mexican rice
    shrimp po’ boys and sauteed zucchini
    chicken sour cream enchiladas and cilantro lime corn
    roasted tomato and garlic pasta
    loaded shredded chicken nachos

  5. Monday: pasta leftovers”¦ we went to Maggiano’s on Saturday. getting a free dish to take home is so fun!
    Tuesday: free dinner at Pollo Tropical! they’re opening a new location nearby & we were invited to try ’em out the first night. fun!
    Wednesday: chicken & kale caesar wraps
    Thursday: chicken tacos
    Friday: baseball game!
    Saturday: grilling out
    Sunday: pizza”¦ it’s been on the menu for a few weeks & we haven’t made it yet! oops.

    Wed – Grilled Pork Tenderloin w/grilled Pineapple Salsa, Rice
    Thurs – Grilled Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad
    Fri – Meatloaf, Potato Salad, Green Salad
    Sat – Bacon Cheeseburgers, Chips, Coleslaw
    Sun – Baked Ziti, Garlic Bread, Salad

    Funny, we’re heading to San Diego for our vacation in 2 wks! (we live in MA) Enjoy the Cape!

    Sat – red pepper& baked egg galettes, bacon
    Sun – orange chicken & broccoli over rice
    Mon – BLT paninis, red potato & green been salad (my husband’s new favorite cold salad)
    Tues – summer ratatouille & grilled sausage (a repeat from last week it was so good)
    Wed – homemade pizza
    Thurs – veggie fried rice, grilled steak tips
    Fri – BFD

    Just got back into town, after being out of town for two weeks! I We will be leaving to take our two oldest to college and while we are gone, our youngest will start school on the 19th, so it is back to the grindstone for us. I am enjoying spending time with my adult kids, but it will be great to shop for 4 instead of 6.

    Mon – Grilled Turkey Burgers, Sugar Snap Peas, Fresh Fruit Salad
    Tues – Soft Ground Turkey Tacos, Chips & Guacamole
    Wed – Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese, Yogurt & Fruit
    Thurs – Pork Chops, Rice, Asparagus
    Fri – Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Green Salad, Ambrosia Salad, Sweet Potatoes
    Sat – Grilled Kebabs – Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Pasta Salad, Green Salad
    Sun – Ham, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Pickled Beets, Rye Bread
