Week 448 Menu

It’s our LAST week of summer and we’re going to enjoy it as much as we can! Which means easy things for the menu this week!

  1. Monday: Crockpot Pasta and Meatball bake and Broccoli
    Tuesday: Pork Tacos, Beans, and Guacamole
    Wednesday: Seared Salmon with Three Bean Salad
    Thursday: Roasted Pork Loin with Applesauce
    Friday: Grilled Chicken Taco Pizzas and Fresh Veggies
    Saturday: Hummus Panninis and Salad
    Sunday: Taco Bell Copy Cat Mexican Pizza and Corn

  2. Monday: Simple Tomato Pasta and Balsamic Roasted Green Beans & Mushrooms
    Tuesday: Light Linguine Carbonara and Garlic Bread
    Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs, egg noodles, and peas
    Thursday: Belgian Beef Carbonnade
    Friday: out of town
    Saturday: out at town at a wedding
    Sunday: getting home after dinnertime

  3. This week is officially “back to school” week, but, with full-time summer camp, who can tell?! 🙂 I’m out of town for work this week, but the family will be set up to eat well.

    Sunday: Panzanella salad
    Monday: Noodles
    Tuesday: Burgers and pretzel buns
    Wednesday: Pumpkin pancake muffins
    Thursday: Pizzas
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

    Main ingredients are shredded mozzarella cheese, carton of mushrooms and salad greens

    M- chili (crock pot)
    T- roast chx from store, frozen peas, salad
    W- loaded potatoes with leftover chx, salad
    Th- takeout
    F- mozzarella, cheddar and bean quesadillas
    Sat- takeout
    Sun- turkey burgers topped with cheese and sautéed mushrooms, salad

    Sunday – burgers on the grill, corn and fries
    Monday – Salmon, rice and zucchini
    Tuesday – grilled chicken and tomato salad
    Wednesday – pasta with no cook tomato sauce
    Thursday – slow cooker cilantro lime chicken with rice
    Friday – out
    Saturday – leftovers

    Sunday: Oven grilled turkey & cheese sandwiches with roasted sweet potatoes
    Monday: Ham Steak, Succotash & Boiled Potatoes
    Tues: Asian Dumplings & Slaw Salad
    Wed: Chicken Cordon Bleu’s, Macaroni & Cheese & Broccoli
    Thurs: Chicken Breast, Stuffing & Carrots
    Fri & Sat: Leftovers / Eating out

    T: Using leftover chicken to make enchiladas

    School is in! I am back to work, two kids in high school and two kids away at college. Things are different around here!

    Mon – Roast Pork Tenderloin, Baked Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
    Tues – Mac & Cheese, Broccoli, Fresh Strawberries
    Wed – Grilled Steak and Peppers, Rice, Corn on the Cob
    Thurs – Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread
    Fri – Are you ready for some football? Eat at the game.
    Sat – Grilled Brats, Potato Salad, Baked Beans
    Sun – Rotini w/Chicken, Broccoli and Tomatoes, Spinach Salad, Garlic Bread

    We are using up the last of the garden bounty and so sad to see it coming to an end.

    Sunday – Stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, corn
    Monday -Salmon patties, corn on the cob, coleslaw
    Tuesday – Stuffed zucchini, cucumber & tomato salad
    Wednesday – Pesto alfredo w/bowtie pasta and veggies
    Thursday – Kielbasa and cabbage & noodles, coleslaw
    Friday – Leftovers
    Saturday – 1st High School band sub of the school year
