Week 462 Menu

Wow. Sunday is almost over and I just now realized I haven’t planned this week’s menu. We’ve literally been living off of leftovers. I guess I forgot they don’t last forever!

    Thursday-French Dip Sandwiches with some new grass fed beef CSA we ordered, Homemade Fries, Salad
    Friday-Date Night, Kids with grammy

    Wed: Pulled pork, coleslaw, cornbread

    Monday- back to sensible eating. Salmon, rice and broccoli
    Tuesday – chopped salad with imitation crab
    Wednesday – ground turkey white chili
    Thursday – tortellini with sauce and salad
    Friday – leftovers
    Saturday – out

    I know its so easy to forget when its all ready to go. We will be finishing off the “big bird” in a couple days.

    Monday – Salmon, twice baked potatoes, carrots
    Tuesday – Turkey grilled cheese, broccoli soup
    Wed – Chili, cornbread
    Thursday – Pizza, salad
    Friday – Kielbasa, fried potatoes (never got to last week)
    Saturday – Leftovers

    Thur- eat at the Christmas festival

  11. Travel and turkey have made me absent lately. Yikes! Having a plan makes me feel so much better!

    Thursday: Chicken piccata
    Friday: Leftovers

    Mon: Asian spiced salmon with baby book Choy, rice

    Thurs: chicken Milan, pasta marinara, salad
    Fri: out
