Week 474 Menu

Hello, everyone! We just pulled in from a weekend in Santa Barbara. Nate and I ate at Tupelo Junction Cafe for lunch, The Lark for dinner and Scarlett Begonia for brunch and all three restaurants were AWESOME, in case you’re in Santa Barbara any time soon!

Back to real life…menu time!

    Wed: Dad’s bday – either cooking steaks or going out for oysters and shrimp
    Thurs: Ribollita served over crusty bread
    Fri: Creole Butter Shrimp over rice pilaf & Green Salad
    Sat: Stuffed Cabbage Rolls & Egg Noodles & Green Salad

    Monday – Ranch pork chops, loaded baked potatoes

    Thursday -Kielbasa & potato casserole
    Friday – Pork stir fry w/rice and veggies
    Saturday – Leftovers

  8. No menu for me this week. We leave for a vacation to Disney World tomorrow! Yay!!! We’ve spend the last two days eating up leftovers from the fridge.

  15. I love the focus on quality local foods. Just makes everything taste so much better!

    Winging the menu (again). Kids are getting over colds and for some reason it has just been the busiest couple weeks with appointments and stuff.

    Monday-Grilled burgers, fries, fresh fruit-
    Tuesday-Tuna Melts, Chips, fresh fruit
    Wednesday-Omelets (we have too many chickens with too many eggs!), toast, fresh fruit
    Thursday-chicken tacos, black beans, salad
    Friday-leftover tacos
    Saturday-out to eat
