Week 477 Weekly Menu

Oh my goodness! I planned my menu this morning…and then forgot to finish publishing it! But it’s still Sunday, phew! Here we go…lots of carry-overs from last week’s menu. It ended up being one of those weeks and I am glad to start fresh this week!

Kitchen Sink Quesadillas
– Chips and Guacamole

– Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We already had corned beef this weekend because I needed to photograph it! The recipe will be on Cool Mom Eats tomorrow, I highly recommend it – super easy and still tastes great!
Green Noodles and Green Lemon Bars

– Leftovers

– Take out night

– Leftovers or breakfast for dinner

    Sunday- steaks on the grill, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and salad
    Monday – salmon, yellow beans, rice and salad
    Tuesday – Chopped salad with chicken and crusty bread
    Wednesday – Leftover salad
    Thursday- Corned beef and cabbage in the slow cooker
    Friday – out in DC w/the grandkids!
    Saturday – Hoagies!

    Sun: Salmon burgers, coleslaw, celery sticks
    Mon: Chicken noodle soup
    Tue: Roasted halibut, peas, coleslaw
    Wed: Entrée salad with shrimp, pecans, and dried blueberries
    Thu: Chicken fajitas using green tortillas- Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!
    Fri: BLT’s and fruit
    Sat: Turkey, green beans, sweet potatoes

    Week of 3/13 to 3/19
    Well, we planned it…and now we all are feeling a little icky with some kind of illness…so it may not work out in the end. Still…!
    Sunday: We ended up eating rice and salad greens…not hungry and not willing to cook in advance like I typically do…
    Monday: We got takeout, because despite cooking two dinners as I type this, I was still too tired to wait for them.
    Tuesday: Mustard pork roast, roasted potatoes, and cauliflower
    Wednesday: Shredded pork soft tacos and corn
    Thursday: Corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes, soda bread
    Friday: Leftover corned beef or tacos
    Saturday: Leftovers again, I’d imagine…everything got so pushed back!

    Strip steak, baked potatoes, broccoli, carrot salad
    Chicken tenders, Loaded potato casserole
    Baked hake, French fries, baked beans
    Turkey slices, sweet potatoes, honey glazed carrots
    Kielbasa, orzo w/spinach, applesauce, carrot salad
    Pork chops, loaded baked potato pierogis, peas
    Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, corn

    Sat – Pork, Rice, Zucchini
    Sun – Crock Pot Beef & Noodles

    Monday: Curry in a hurry over rice….your recipe, and they all loved it!
    Tuesday: Italian meatloaf in muffin tins and asparagus

    Wednesday: Pumpkin chicken chili

    Thursday: Breakfast for dinner (scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast)

    Friday: Leftovers

    Saturday: Out for husband and son’s birthday!…2 guys, birthday on the same day…makes it nice and easy 🙂

    Tu: steak/potatoes and peppers/grilled stuffed jalapeños

    W: steak-potato-jalapeno hash (leftovers)/eggs/fruit

    Th: out for St Patty’s Day dinner and green beer

    F: sandwiches/chips/pork & beans

    Sa: ?

    Su: Green Valley Lake cabin for Spring Break!

    Tues- English muffin pizzas
    Wed- already-cooked sausages, French fries and veggies
    Th- slow cook oven ribs and Brussels sprouts with moz cheese
    Fr- leftovers or egg salad sandwiches (boil eggs in morning)
