For Easter weekend we visited Sequoia National Park and just pulled into the driveway. We ended up enjoying our Easter picnic in a park overlooking the ocean in Dana Point and I think Easter picnics are my new favorite.

    Monday – One pot Italian noodles w/chicken, salad
    Tuesday – Leftovers
    Wednesday – Pizza, salad
    Thursday – Skillet pesto chicken over rice
    Friday – Sausage ravioli w/spaghetti sauce
    Saturday – Leftovers

    Wed – Spicy Dr. Pepper Ribs, Mashed Red Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas
    Thurs – Hawaiian Grilled Chicken, Coconut Rice, Grilled Corn on the Cob
    Fri – Crock Pot Rotisserie Style Chicken, Mashed Red Potatoes, Carrots
    Sat – Eat Out

    Monday: Leftover lamb in dill-yogurt sauce
    Tuesday: Pierogies and peas
    Wednesday: Creamy chicken spaghetti
    Thursday: Orange chicken on rice
    Friday: Bean and cheese tortilla roll-ups
    Saturday: Not sure! I’m in a show; family will fend
