It’s been a lazy Sunday with my family after a busy week away, so just getting the menu thrown together now that the kids are in bed!

Monday: My son and I are making California rolls, fingers crossed 🙂
Tuesday: Crockpot Meatball Pasta and Broccoli

Thursday: Spicy Pinto Bean Soup and Quesadillas and Avocados and Tomatoes

Sat: Cookout with family – picking up BBQ
I have a lot of pork chops I took out of the freezer this week and fried up on Sunday
Sun- pork chop tacos + salad + corn
M- pork chop sandwiches
T- bread slice pizzas
W- lasagna + salad + corn
Th- lasagna 2 + salad
Fr- chili + peas
Sat- fried eggs + peas
I love it when I cook meat ahead of time for the week – it’s so handy! (and I don’t do it enough!)
