Week 486 Weekly Menu

Hello, everyone! Last week was so nice. I got the grocery shopping done on the weekend and made dinner all week. I do have a couple carry over items from last week, which is also nice because I already have the ingredients! Hopefully this week will go as well!

Beans and rice

Chicken Caesar Wraps

– Veggie Omelets

– Leftovers

Grilled Salmon with rice and broccoli

– Take out night

Sausage, Pepper & Onion Hoagies

    Sunday – Chicken stuffed shells, salad, garlic rolls
    Monday – Leftovers
    Tuesday – Langoustines w/broccoli & tomatoes over penne, salad
    Wednesday – Chicken teriyaki over rice
    Thursday – Leftovers
    Friday – Sausage ravioli w/spinach in spaghetti sauce, salad
    Saturday – Leftovers

    Sunday – mixed grill ( lamb roast, chicken breasts, and small tenderloin ), grilled asparagus and zucchini, baked French fries and salad
    Monday – salmon, rice and veggies with salad
    Tuesday – fend night ( I have a meeting)
    Wednesday- out. – husband leaving for an extended work trip (8 weeks )
    Thursday – grilled eggplant and salad
    Friday – leftovers
    Saturday – clean out the fridge meal!

    Tues – Cheesy Baked Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Spinach Salad
    Wed – Swiss Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli
    Thurs – Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots
    Fri – Pasta & Marinara Sauce, Zucchini
    Sat – Chicken Stirfry, Rice
    Sun – Stuffed Shells, Salad, Garlic Bread
