Hey friends! We had an awesome Father’s Day and I am just not ready to sit down and plan a menu! But I can’t let a Sunday go by without a post…so, this is my placeholder post until I can plan the official menu for the week tomorrow. If you’re more on the ball than I am, feel free to start leaving your dinner plans for the week in the comments below! I will be back tomorrow with the actual menu! 🙂
UPDATE TUESDAY 6/21: Okay, I just went to make the PDF for this week’s menu, and my computer is acting all crazylike! Apparently it’s on summer vacation, too. SO, I’m just going to list the menu below. Don’t worry, it’s not a menu worth downloading a PDF for anyway! 😉
MONDAY:
– Benihana with the kids – their end-of-school special dinner request!
TUESDAY:
– Hot dogs & brats
– Watermelon, potato salad, coleslaw
WEDNESDAY:
– Chili
THURSDAY:
– Teriyaki Chicken with veggies and rice
FRIDAY – SUNDAY:
– The girls and I are camping again! The boys will find for themselves this weekend!

Friday: Breakfast for Dinner–Frittata and fresh Fruit
Saturday: Left Overs
Sunday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
Mon: Fried pan fish we caught this weekend, baked fries, and coleslaw
Tue: Grilled lemon garlic chicken, carrots
Wed: Tuna sandwiches, coleslaw
Thu: Spaghetti, salad
Fri: Family wedding
Sat: Eat while traveling home from wedding

Tuesday – finishing any leftovers
Wednesday – out – leaving for a 5 week stay in Europe – joining my husband who has been there since the middle of May !
Thursday -July 25 – out at various german restaurants, and simple meals that can be prepared in the apartment we where we are staying!
