Week 492 Menu

Happy Sunday, everyone! Believe it or not the girls and I just got back from yet another camping trip, this time up to the San Gorgonio mountains. It was awesome. We just got home and now it’s back to being connected and real life. 😉

    Saturday: Party at our house!

    Sunday – Marinated pork steaks, grilled potatoes & carrots on the grill
    Monday – Salmon patties, macaroni salad
    Tuesday – Garlicky baked shrimp over pasta, garlic bread
    Wednesday – Leftovers
    Thursday – Breaded pork chops, loaded potato casserole, corn
    Friday – Crockpot ranch chicken, garlic noodles, applesauce
    Saturday – Leftovers

  5. Sunday-we had a belated Father’s Day late lunch with my father in law, so no one was too hungry for dinner. Everyone just snacked.

    Monday-Beef Crunchy Tacos with all the fixins and Slow Cooker Black Beans.

    Tuesday-something else with the beef and beans. Thinking either enchiladas or nachos.

    Wednesday-Veggie Beef Stew with Bread

    Thursday-Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry, Noodles


    Saturday-out to eat

    Tuesday: Chili-lime shrimp fajitas
    Wednesday: Cold pasta salad – pesto/roasted tomatoes
    Thursday: Leftovers, probably…or sriracha tuna
    Friday: Pizza on “moving day” (I’m moving into Philly for the month of July while I’m performing more frequently)
    Saturday: Sushi? Not sure. I have two shows that night; might wait until late and get a bite after…
