Week 493 Weekly Dinner Menu

Happy 4th of July weekend! I’m pretty sure this will be a pretty quiet week for sharing menus given the holiday weekend…which is fine by me! 🙂 I am posting my menu anyway, so if you DO have a menu to share, please do! Remember, you can post any day of the week, it is still helpful! Also, yes, I have carry-overs from last week. Summer means lots of flexibility with dinner plans! 😉

    Monday: Dinner at friend’s house….bringing Tabbouleh Salad
    Tuesday:  Lettuce cups
    Wednesday: Meatball subs
    Thursday: Asian salmon
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out?

    Friday: Ultimate Beef Nachos and Guacamole and Salsa
    Saturday: Pasta with Pesto Cream Sauce and Sausage and Broccoli
    Sunday: Seven Layer Dip

    Mon – Cookout w/family and friends
    Tues – Lemon Grilled Pork Chops, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Rice Pilaf
    Wed – BBQ Ribs, Red Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas
    Thurs – Mediterannean Grilled Chicken Legs, Buttered Noodles, Salad
    Fri – Stovetop Skillet Pizzas, Salad
    Sat – Hawaiian Haystacks, Salad
    Sun – Quesadillas, Watermelon

    Happy 4th! Trying to use what I have in the fridge/freezer.

    M- Sausages on buns, corn, blueberries for dessert
    T- Taco Tuesday @ Del Taco
    W- Bean and Cheese Quesadillas
    Th- Turkey burgers on pretzel bread
    F- eat out?
    Sat- homemade pizza w/shredded cheddar, pineapple sausage and olive slices
    Sun- Oven roast

    Sun: Husbands b-day and at lake house with family: Grilled swordfish steaks, seared scallops, grilled shrimp, corn on the cob, coleslaw, & King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls topped off with a banana birthday cake. It was delicious and fun!
    Mon: Big salad topped with leftover grilled swordfish
    Tue: Hoagies & chips
    Wed: Sauteed shrimp with protein grain/veggie mix
    Thu: Chicken Caesar salad
    Fri: Pizza
    Sat: Not sure….
